Delivery addresses - Incorrect address, resulting in flowers being delivered to a wrong address, will be the liability of the information provider. Please double check you have entered the correct address on the order, amendment to orders in writing (see below).

Access to flats/apartments - Please ensure you provide an address where there is access, especially if there is not a concierge service. Providing a telephone number for the recipient, in case of any difficulties during delivery, is preferable.

Guarantee - Your flowers are guaranteed for 7 days from day of receipt (unless your bouquet contains predominantly spring flowers or Roses, which will be guaranteed for a period of 5 days)

Some flowers may be delivered in bud to ensure longevity.

Quality assurance/refunds - We aim for very high standards, in the unexpected and rare occurrence that issues with quality arise, these need to be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We will aim to replace your product, rather than refund your order. Please accompany any emails about quality issues with photographs showing the problem.

 

 

.Changes to orders will not be accepted 48 hours before your delivery is due to be made.

Cancellation policy – In order to cancel order your order, we will require a minimum of 48 hours notice in writing.

Course bookings are non refundable, you will be offered alternative dates if for any reason your course is postponed.
